Not normal. Probably the thermostat always remains open or has been completely removed by its former owner.

I made ankara Istanbul with 206 today. It was pretty cold in the air. The temperature did not go below 70. I expect you to at least watch these values. Look at those pieces as mentioned. Internal combustion engines do not like cold. I don't like it :))
