Unfortunately, I wasn't there when the battery was installed. When the vehicle is in motion, there is no problem, but when the ignition is off, the tape turns off and reset suddenly after 5 minutes and the settings I made on the tape are deleted. Somehow they can't find this problem.

It is called the iso tape socket. You plug that socket into the car's tape socket. Then, you tie the cables at the end of the tape to the cable coming out of the tape and tape it.
