Tape and Radio Not Working - 407

Hello friends,

I would be glad if you could help. I changed the 407 1.6 di comfort 2009 model turbo while they removed the pole head and the tape has not been working since that day. I had the car connected to the computer today. There was a malfunction in the tape because the backup audio output was faulty. As soon as I clicked on the malfunction, the tape and radio started to work. Everything is working on the screen, the only problem is the tape. Let's say I had a code problem, I would have removed the tape from the serial number and removed the code from the serial number, but there is nowhere to enter the code. so the tape doesn't want a code or something.

- Screen normal air conditioner working

- tape takes out cd

- I removed the pole head again, I waited for 3 4 minutes, I got it again.

- I found the insurance from the catalog and if there was a solid problem, the screen was not working

What do you think can be a problem?

He can take the CD out and he has no problem. I had the tool attached to the computer in the repair shop then the radio tape works. does not work when unplugged from the computer. He doesn't want code on the tape screen or something. We also removed the code, but it is not clear where we will enter it because it does not want the code.

You know if there is a master in Istanbul who can solve this job.
