your hand is good for your work but the xenon selection has been completely wrong, you have bought from the bulbs used in lens headlights, xenon bulbs used in reflector headlights are different, I also recommend you to put your car in the headlight setting, to some extent this eye reduction will decrease.

I recommend you to buy xenon with digital balst, I even use the digital slim ballasts of the space brand as a ballast in my car, the malfunction lamp does not light up, it also stands for your headlights thanks to its small size.
