Hello friends ,
In 2006, the old case started to leak water from the sunroph at 307 im. Ceiling flooring is very moist, previously repair etc. The görmemişd. Today I went to consult the authorized service and get the price. Men gaskets, cleaning of clogged hoses etc. They said that it will reach 500 ytl and it will not be 100% solution, it will be 80% halved (whatever it means, you will pay for it and there will be the possibility of leaking water again) but if it is in the complete system, sleds etc. 2000 ytl if changes are made. They say that the problem will be solved 100%.
Of course I will not go to the authorized service and have my car built, I am already against taking the vehicle to the authorized service due to their understanding. After these answers and prices, I have no business.
If there are friends who have such a problem, I am waiting for their comments. I live in Bursa.

Even if you have passed the rights, did you come to both the glory and the nilkar?

What did they do for 500 TL?

If you find a place in sunroof maintenance repair in industry, the maximum cost will be 100 TL. In the operations they will perform, they will remove the dirt by 2 pieces, 2 in the front and 2 in the back, remove the dirt by holding compressed air. The reason for not finding 100% of the solution is that the rubber layer around the sunroof will wear out over time, naturally it can absorb more water inside, but it will not be a problem when the drain channels are open. The channels will evacuate for a long time when they get rid of the muddy layer that remained inside.

Yes, Mehmet, I will do as you say. The mud particles appear wet when I turn on the stash. No cleaning was done until this time.

Regular maintenance is required every year in vehicles with my brother sunroof. When the channels are full, this time flowing inside :)

Text, hoses 10 and 12 in the figure are water discharge pipes. These pipes are under the cutting. As mentioned, these pipes can become clogged with dirt from time, or come out of the joint, and therefore water can leak into the vehicle. I am wrong by heart; The sunroof mosque is holding a few star head torx screws and insert them first. Then, in the same way, it comes out by inserting a few star head torx screws. Then you will see one hole in ten coves. These holes are holes for the discharge of water. When you insert the internal partition, you will see that these holes are connected to the pipes I mentioned above. You can clean these places thoroughly and then put them back in place as you put them in. It will be more solid if you apply water insulation material to the cooks while wearing it.

but it was summed up so well (:

I didn't think these sunroofs would be so good that they would be drained. I thought that the seals have not lost their properties yet and when they do, water will enter. good that i learned that. If the weather is nice at the weekend, I should do this or the floor on the ceiling may be stained.

Thanks for the information, it works very well in the picture. There were some vehicles I used, generally we kept it clean, its sleds greasy and well maintained.
Clean the drain hoses should not interfere with the penetrating material (such as wire etc.) to clean without dismantling.

As the friend says, the water drains can be blocked. If it is cleaned or changed, I hope the problem will be fixed.

Brother, mine is too hard, what should I do, how should I lubricate.
which oil should i use?

Some of them use grease, especially the services, they are pouring from the maintenance, such as certain, but then it becomes like mud from dust. I was usually cleaning with a greasy spray, then I applied thin oil to parts like the sled rail without exaggerating. But I was using grease to the key parts of the mechanism (shoes inside the sled, etc.) that were subjected to more strain, so that there was no sound problem and the thin oil would be insufficient. There was little sound problem, it is useful to clean the wick outside with soapy water according to the model and lubricate the wick with a silicone spray, vaseline torpedo shine almond oil, baby oil, etc.

Well, did you remove the glass while doing these things? I'm afraid that the glass will remain in my hand (:

No, I do not remove the glass, I can see the places I can reach, with the help of a screwdriver cloth brush. Many parts, which are already plastic, are exposed to the weather conditions and the life of the mold is completed, it is not possible to break the disassembly and assembly very risky. I also pour water into the pet bottle and look at the water expenses, if it is less, I am dealing with the air gun a little bit, or I mix the thin hose (such as the aquarium, wiper water hose) and the drain hose and then water it again.

For lubrication, I use Teflon spray in places where there is a risk of dust. Especially in suspension systems, it works great.

my sunroof didn't open either, but when it rained, water was also leaking in. I went to a master who did not know the industry. The man who took him to the body shop I knew he looked beautifully ripped completely, not like to be made. We closed it nicely, we filled it with a chisomastik around it. The sunroof has been canceled, it only functions as a glass, where I see the sky. If I do not remember wrong, I wouldn't even keep 20-30.
