Dear masters, I have a 2020 model 3008 skypack 1.5 diesel vehicle. It was manufactured in November 2020 and I have been using it for 3 years without any problems. There were no electronic system warnings or any impression of a problem with the vehicle, but today in Ataşehir while driving in the city at a speed of 50-60 km/h, it suddenly cut the gas and gave me warnings of engine failure and gearbox failure one after another. Thankfully, my right side was free and with my current speed, I was able to pull the car into the pocket on the right side. I then stopped the car and started it again after a few minutes. It gave the same warnings (engine, gearbox), but the car only moved in 3rd gear. (When I shifted to manual mode, it would not shift to 1-2-4-5th gears in the classic automatic mode either, it only showed it as 3rd gear) Again, similar 50-60 km/h. I was able to bring the car to my home a few kilometers away at 2,000 rpm without straining the engine. Dear masters, has anyone had a similar problem before, with no vehicle system warnings, no knocking/shaking sensations, nothing? What would be the solution? I'd like to give you one last detail: I extended my warranty by 2+2 to 4 years. This means my warranty is valid until November 2024, and I don't think there was any user error. After all, I didn't suddenly put the car into reverse while driving at 100 km/h; it really happened while driving at 50-60 km/h in light city traffic.
