Hello everyone, this is my first post on the forum. I apologize for any mistakes. My Peugout 206 is a 2006 model with 233,000 rpm and a diesel engine. I've been experiencing a problem with my car for the last two months. The car suddenly drops revs around 3000 rpm and stalls as if the brakes were suddenly applied. This usually happens during the first 10-20 minutes of starting the car in the morning, when I'm driving to work. I rarely experience this afterward. I asked a few experts in the industry and they said it might be related to the contamination in the diesel I buy. I used a fuel cleaner and changed my diesel fuel purchase. The diesel filter was also recently changed, but the problem persists. I've seen similar threads on the forum, but I haven't found a clear solution. Some say it's a pressure plate problem, some say it's the throttle body, but I'm confused. I'd appreciate any help from those with knowledge. Have a good day and happy forum.
