Strain on the 206 gear shift

Hi friends, I have to push a little while pushing my 206 vehicle into 1 and 2 gear and there is a lot of gap on the gear lever, it swings to the right and left.

I think the 206's gear lever will swing from the press pad and there is a gap in it.
