About 10 days ago, I bought a 2004 model 307 1.6 xt manual gear lpg. There is some problem with the vehicle. the car has NLA lpg. it stops until I first start the car and drive for about 5 minutes. sometimes, the 2nd gear does not eat gas, does not eat gas on the ramp, and when I press it up to 5500 cycles to try it, the gas suddenly cuts off does not eat. With these complaints, I took them to the master, they cleaned the gas butterflies, they cleaned the idle walf sensor, they deleted the malfunction. The same problems started again after 3 days. In your opinion, where is the problem, my coil does not ignite, what should I do lpg demi? |

We tried to list the causes of this malfunction below. 1- The LPG map sensor is defective or because the map sensor loosens or cracks in the connection hoses, there is a problem of switching to gas at high speed since ecu perceives the pressure low. 2- The regulator may throw gasoline at certain speeds due to the pressure drop or the pressure of the gas in the tank for various reasons. 3- During the Lpg setting, the problem of switching to gas at high speed occurs because the min-max pressure setting is not adjusted exactly. 5- If the gas filters are excessively clogged, there will be a problem of throwing into the gasoline as it will affect the regulator pressure. 6- Although rarely, LPG ECU water is defective, there is a problem of switching to gas at high speeds. 7 - If it is very rare, there is a problem of switching to gas at high speed due to crushing or blockage in the pipe coming from under the vehicle. If the sequential system has the problem of stopping when the gear shifts in LPG, this problem generally occurs for several different reasons. If we briefly mention and list these reasons.1- Especially in the winter months and cold seasons, if the vehicle's gas transition temperature is set low in the morning, the drift of the injector will occur and LPG injector failure will occur in a short time as the gas passes to the LPG injectors at irregular pressure. In order to avoid this problem, we need to adjust the vehicle's transition temperature to at least 40 degrees, especially in winter. 2-The second reason that the vehicle stops when it is idle is the LPG regulator failure or if the pressure setting is impaired, the problem of stopping in LPG may occur because the amount of fuel to enter the engine will be irregular. 3-In some LPG systems, due to the malfunction of the map sensor, there is a loss of performance in the vehicle and a problem of stopping when the gear shifts. In such cases, map sensor malfunction is usually detected by trial and error method. Especially in domestic sequential systems, it cannot be detected by computer connection. 4- If LPG injector malfunction occurs, loss of performance and idling problem occurs in the vehicle. 5- If the throat butterfly in the engine is dirty and the adaptation setting is impaired, irregular operation occurs in both gas and gasoline. 6 - We need to know that the LPG setting will deteriorate over time. The corrupt LPG setting causes many LPG problems such as stop problem when the sequential system is idle.
