Stop lamp and overheat we couldn't solve for 1 week

Hello friends. My car is 2001 model 1.6 16v 206 XT. We changed the clutch due to sudden falling and revving of the rev counter, then the transmission was repaired for the sound coming from below (ball scattered) I traveled for 2 weeks without any problems. One day, after 3 km, the vehicle stop lamp flashing and the movement indicator started to end, the pole opened the second fan (heavy fan engine sound) I continued for 1 km and dropped to hopp 70 automatically. He did it 2 more times, but the last time he did it, it did not improve again.

At the electric master now the vehicle is 1 week. 2 switched cables changed to wrong connected role. All oxidation of water pipes, thermostats etc. were cleaned. Almost all the installation cables have been overhauled. No water, oil reduction, the vehicle is not possible like ice, the temperature of the water is opening, the engine is cold but when it is connected to the computer, it shows the temperature 166 so the vehicle must be burned, but the engine is quite normal. The pole is running the 2nd fan. He went to the brain, the brain opened, there is no malfunction.
