Stop and handbrake light on steep slopes!

Hello, while my 206 1.4 HDI vehicle is going up the steep slopes, the Stop light and the handbrake exclamation light flash on the car display and give a warning sound. He did not give any warning before and started to do it recently. What is this problem from?
