How to Change Steering Oil?

  • Providing a large syringe (syringe) prior to steering oil change will make the oil change job easier.
  • An average of 1 liter of steering oil is required for oil change, but it is recommended to have 3-4 liters of steering oil, especially in the first attempt.
  • First of all, the steering oil reservoir under the hood should be found and the oil inside the reservoir should be pulled out with the help of the injector.
  • The thin one of the two hoses connected to this reservoir where oil supplements are made should be removed and left in a large container. The inlet of the removed hose in the reservoir should also be closed.
  • Then the vehicle is started and oil supplements are started from the reservoir. In the meantime, the steering wheel of the vehicle must be moved continuously, to the right and to the left.
  • Adding oil to the reservoir continues until clean oil comes out of the return hose.
  • After the clean oil starts to come from the hose, the vehicle's ignition is turned off. The disconnected hose is connected to the reservoir and finally oil is added to the reservoir until it reaches the “max” level.

I changed the oil. I used PO brand oil. Total recommended. I flushed with the transparent hose and drained the inside of the chamber. I did not dismantle the input and output. I started the car and made the steering wheel right and left. When I made it a couple of times, I heard a voice called garc. I poured a lt oil into the reservoir. I started the car. The air came bubbly first, then the bubbles were gone. By the way, when I put the new oil, I made the steering wheel right and left. I closed the lid of the hopper. The oil that came out was both black in color and I do not exaggerate as a consistency, it was like water. There is nothing left in the name of my consistency.

What is the service box, where and how to use it. x571 2017-08-29 19:42:47

I subscribed to the service box, but I did not use it. Where was the place where you saw the missing part.
