Hello ;

Recently, while my wife was driving the car, the part in the pictures said the signal under the steering wheel and the wiper arm assembly had fallen out, of course I can't be sure it was out of view while driving. While he was maneuvering to park the vehicle, a little crackling came and fell on his foot. a very small piece size around 3cm. I did not take the piece too seriously because it was light and flexible. I still did not sense the vehicle in a different situation.

I wanted to get your idea before removing it to the wiper and the signal assembly, what do you think could happen. Has anyone seen this piece "in place" :)?

car model: 206 gasoline

thanks in advance
greetings

it looks like a segment that holds the hinge screws on the steering column. Friends with 307 will be helpful.

There is a mistake in words in the definitions. Steering box is not a piece under your feet. Therefore, it cannot be a part related to the shaft or joint. It is probably a piece about the rod that connects the steering wheel to the box.

Part number 8214.LN.
In torpedo-related but right-hand drive vehicles, when the torpedo is on the left, perhaps this clip may be present in your vehicle under the steering wheel and may have fallen from there. It doesn't matter.

[QUOTE = laedri] There is something wrong with the definitions. The steering box is not a piece under your feet, so it cannot be a shaft or a joint.
[/ QUOTE]

The steering box is under the cab, but the shaft and the joint extend to the hub of the steering wheel in the vehicle. I think it should be at the hinges on that shaft.
