Good evening everyone. I searched this topic a lot but I couldn't find clear information. After different topics and the topics I looked at from the sites, today I finally changed the steering hydraulic oil with courage. Let me tell you how I did it.
The materials I use; iron clamp, empty coke bottle, and steering fluid 1lt.
Fabrication; There is a return pipe under the hydraulic tank, I opened it and filled the old hydraulics into the cola bottle. Then, without starting the vehicle, I turned the steering wheel to the right and to the left, so that a little more oil flowed from the return pipe. When the oil was finished, I attached the clamp to the pipe and inserted the pipe. Then I put the steering fluid into the tank, started the car, turned the steering wheel to the right and to the left, and added it as I decreased in the tank. When turning the steering wheel to the left and right, foams are formed in the oil. When the foams are over, our work ends
You can get hydraulics from shops selling vehicle parts in the city. I did so. You can also get the clamp from there or from hardware store l (I got it from hardware store). I'm not competent. I am only inclined to these works. I took care of the work done in the industry for 60-70₺ for 10₺ 50krş.
