Steering Fluid

Greetings..307 1.6 xs of my car's hydraulic oil is finished.I put the green coated hydraulic oil with the water inlet in the middle part of the wiper water inlet, not the right place?
After putting the oil, the groaning sound from the steering wheel decreased but it did not pass. Especially when I turn the steering wheel, this noise increases. Could there be any other signs of malfunction?
