Steel Wheel recommendation

Well-being... 2012 206+ I'm thinking of applying Steel wheels and tires to my 1.4 Gasoline vehicle. The vehicle has 175 65 14 size tires. Are 16" tires too tiring? When I looked a little bit, they wrote that 195 45 16 size would fit the vehicle. I don't want to have it done to my eyes because it will be small at 15". There is also an ambiguous situation about 16. Thanks in advance to those who use it and give information.
