Starter Motor Problem

today the trouble is I guess as starter motor First of all, when I wanted to start the break on Sunday morning, there was a noise like starter pressure, but the starter was not getting at all, but the tape indicators were working all the time. I run the car to go home and there is a voice called vuvv with the starter. The sound lasts for 2 seconds and stops.
