It could be like this
A low amp fuse is installed before you. When it's lit, you're wearing the same value. It also burns because it is low again. Look at the booklet and see if it is at its original value. If it is at the original value, there is a fault in the starter motor, it draws high amps or there is a short circuit. It also blows the fuse. |

Then either there is a sachet in the cable or the starter motor is troubled.
Go to any electrician and have the starter motor serviced. Let him change the starter while it is on and check the coals. They're already cleaning it up. They also check the cables.
