squeaking sound from steering wheel

Hello. I have the problem for 1 week. When I turn the steering wheel to the right or left, there is a sound like a door squeak, and the same squeak continues when I enter the pits. There is no rattling sound in the pits, just the same squeak when I turn it left and right. Can anyone help if anyone has had this problem before?
