Squeak heard during push / pull clutch pedal

When the vehicle is cold, the clutch pedal is like cotton. There is no squeaking during point-and-shoot. Everything is as it should be. However, when I travel 5-6 km in the city, there is a small amount of hardening in the clutch and an annoying squeaking sound during the push / pull.

I changed my clutch pressure pad set at 140.000km. The vehicle is now at 170,000km.

There was also this problem before the pressure pad set changed. After the change, I was comfortable about 4000km. In 144,000, when the problem came back, I went to the master. My master lifted the car on the fiber and lubricated somewhere. I think clutch fork bushing or ball. (Correct it if I pronounced it wrong. Whatever its name is now ...) So the voice was cut off again. Until when? Until about 4000km of road.

As a result; I bought this vehicle at 90.000km and I have never had this complaint until 135.000km.

I don't understand which piece is saying "you forgot me, you should have changed me too". but I want whatever needs to be done for the permanent solution of the problem.
