All I get is information about this subject. Almost every tool in the vehicle uses a minimum of 4 milliamps and a maximum of 20 milliamps. In other words, when a tool is in use, 4 milliamps show zero position. After turning off the vehicle's ignition, electricity may be cut off once (I don't know why, maybe for calibration) and this current may fall to 0 milliamps.
