Hello there,
In my peugeot 2006 feeline 1.4 gasoline car, there are sounds like liquid transfer in the air conditioning area in the front row (air conditioner does not matter on or off). Just like in the radiators, the sound is loud and disturbing, and there is also the bird sound made by the v-belt, I have already talked to my master, but I will change it, but does this water sound have anything to do with this v-belt or will we also be dealing with a heater.

Does the car make that sound when it starts in the morning or the first time? if it is like I said it is a sign that the cycle pump is working well :) after a while it should be cutting off when the engine gets hot.

Could the water level be low?

There may be air in the cooling system, check for air

I do not think it is less. on the contrary, I do not think inconveniently.

If water sounds when it first runs, it comes from the steering pump, most likely check the oil level of the pump.

Let's not call it a pre-order sound, there is also air in the liquid in the heating-cooling installation. It does not cause any problems, it gets its own air in time. If it bothers a lot, you can get a circulation in a biker and get the air.
