Sound problem on straight and smooth road

My car is 2015 model 508. When I set off straight and properly, there is a sound that I can't understand after 3rd gear. You know, when a bag is stuck to your tire, you hear such a sound every time you turn it. I can literally hear the rotation speed of the tire. I just changed the tires, no balance issues.
