Sound on partner engine

My vehicle is a partner with a top zenit package in the 110 luk engine, it makes a loud noise at low speed, there is no problem when it is pulled at normal speed, there is no problem at high speed, it makes that noise at low speed and at idle. they said, does anyone have the same problem or has information, it would be very helpful if you could return.
