sound from torpedo

While the friends are starting and stopping the car, there is a noise coming out of the torpedo, as if the torpedo was idle or something could not be understood from the torpedo. I don't know if you have any idea.

Do you have a digital air conditioner in your vehicle? I also have a sound like this, there is a digital air conditioner.

If it is a sound like the rattlesnake makes, there is a similar problem in my vehicle, but I couldn't solve it. My snake greets me as soon as I open the door :)
