Sound from the steering wheel when it's cold - 206+

When the engine is turned, it makes sound when turning the steering wheel. There is no sound when it gets hot. The master said, use it like this, but I couldn't trust anyone living the same problem? How did you find the solution?

If so look at the bottom of the steering column, that is, the clutch pedal. There is a rubber protector where my steering column enters. It may also have a rubbing sound.
