If it looks like a light sewing machine sound, it comes from lpg injectors.

Injector sound may vary depending on the position of the injector, depending on the brand of the lpg kit. Some brands work with sound, others make sounds due to poor assembly. Cooling in the air may have affected the sound. I don't think it has anything to do with oil change. But have some intermediate injectors checked for your peace of mind. When was the lpg attached to the vehicle? Over time, the gasket at the tip of the injectors etc. sound may increase due to wear of things.

Most likely that sound was coming before. Since you have changed the oil, the engine noise has decreased slightly and you should start to hear this sound. It is the sound of lpg injectors

I guess it was at least 4-5 years since I bought the car and it was 1.5 years. injectors may be outdated. However, when the car gets hot, is it necessary to change it immediately? or will I go if I change it ??
