Sound from the left front wheel

When the friends slow down as if they are rubbing on a wire in the left front wheel, it slows down and speeds up when it slows down :) This sound is constantly on the straight road and turning to the right, but when turning slightly to the left or touching the brake, the sound is heard. Does anyone have information ?

I had the same problem, the sound was cut when I attached it to the original pad.
