Sound from the Engine

Friends I have been dealing with a voice that has been in my car for 3 weeks but I couldn't find it. There is not much sound in normal use, but when it is loaded into the gas regardless of the speed or gear, there is a rubbing sound called fıt fıt fıt. When I wasted or let go of the throttle, the sound is cut off. If the gearbox is in the lower revolutions or in gear, I know that if it is a pulley, we recently lifted it up to 220. We did not move any hand on the pulley. If something happened before, I would be glad if it could help.

There is a problem in the lower motor ear, the motor is shaking a little. If we change it, does the motor ear make a continuous sound that makes it 2 times a second like rubbing sound?

If there is a problem in the lower ear, I definitely recommend you to change it.
Also, do you pay attention to the horn? The radiator may be touching the metal tube.
I lived with this voice for 1 year and I found it by chance.
If I stayed at the master, I would lower the engine.
