sound from gearbox

hello i have 2005 mod. There is an automatic 307.If I think before going to 2nd gear when I start the car firstly, it comes from the gearbox as if I do not work any more. It sounds like this is a sound what is this one time, is it not a malfunction or not. There is no problem in the vehicle.
