sound from behind the engine

I'm still a beginner of my friends car so if some of my questions seem silly, my problem is my problem today I made the car half contact, while the hood was open I heard a beeping sound & nbsp; it beeps without interruption when it starts the car, it is as if it is normal. I close the hood and make a half contact. No sound can be heard.

That sound comes from the stepper motor of the throat butterfly. It is normal.
