Sound coming when the 106 xr steering wheel rotates

When you turn the steering wheel to the left or right for 1 turn, there is an incredible rubbing noise, even they think I hit somewhere when I pass by another car a few times. There is a friction and hitting sound. Sound comes from the right wheel only.

It looks like tossion brother. If the bearing is broken, it makes it because of it.
