Somebody help

I have two problems, but I couldn't do it anyway.

My first problem is that the vehicle gives off its own gas while waiting at red light or when idling. I asked how many places it is ringing from the wire to everyone. What could be the reason? I bring it up to half, it does not blow, then suddenly it starts to blow at the last level.When I bring it up to half this time, when I turn the steering wheel, a whirring sound comes from inside the torpedo. div>

Isn't there anyone who has come and done it? I'd appreciate it if you can help.
