Solution to the 307 signal arm problem

When I signaled when my headlights of 2004 model 307 1.4 HDI was on, both the headlights were off and the signal did not work. it did not.

As a last hope, my operation solved my problem instantly and definitely.

What did I do?

Where I turned the commercially available contact cleaning spray (from the lean) to light the headlights on the signal arm, it was to tighten the contact spray between the rotating part and the signal arm.
