My vehicle is tiptonic gear. My gear has been getting "Gearbox Faulty" error recently when it is cold and going uphill. I plan to replace solenoid valves at the weekend, but it also gives this error when using the car in manual gear. Is this normal? Are solenoid valves also functioning when the vehicle is used manually? quantum 2013-01-03 15:17:37

solenoids are the parts that are constantly activated, my friend.

When I say different, it seems to me that it is not from solenoids.

when the gear goes steady, I think the reason may be different.

the oil pressure may be low.

I got it connected to the computer; the oil pressure is low, and there is already knocking in gear changes. and it gives "gearbox faulty" error. all three are indications of solenoid failures. I am confused when I say something else can happen. that's why I asked. Do you think there can still be another problem?
