Socket help for Peugeot rd3 tape!

My friends tool has rd3 tape. I was using an audio aux usb converter in my father's car (ford connect). Now I want to put it on my own tape. But the cable of the device is 12 pins, I think the input of my car is 8 pins. Does this cable have a name or a tour? Adaptor available only need cable.
