There is a spark plug cable under the oil filter cover of my vehicle and there is some smoke coming out of it. Oil was dripping from the oil cap, so it did, but the change was made and no longer misses oil. But I still saw smoke come out a few times. As the smell comes from inside the vehicle. I would appreciate it if anyone has an idea about why it might help. The simple thing is I try to do it myself

What is the engine type of the vehicle. 1.6 diesel? 1.6 gasoline? 1.4 gasoline? 1.4 diesel? There is a lambda oxygen sensor under the oil filter cover of the 1.4 gasoline engine I know, it looks like a spark plug when it is connected to exhaust. I guess your problem is oil exhausted from exhaust oil through the plastic oil cap causing smoke, and if the oil filter and lid gasket have not changed, you will clean that area with a nice pad spray.

Washing the additional vehicle to our friend with hot water from the bottom may be from the remaining oil residue.

1.6 my gasoline car. Filter and cover have just changed. As you have probably said, the remaining dried oil turns into liquid form with engine heat, so I experience this situation. As far as I understand, I need to clean the bottom of the cover and where the cable is with the lining spray. Thank you for your interest and concern.
