Sizzle when rcz shifts into gear

Hello friends First of all, when I start the car, I hear a whistling sound for 30 to 35 seconds. This sound passes later and the other runs during the day are not available. Then, when I put the car in gear, something metal crawls on the ground. When I turn it off, there is no sound inside. I am not sure about the transmission, the wheel balls or the exhaust connection.
