Signal problem

When I give the right signal, it gives normal speed, as it should be, but when I press the brake at the same time, it starts to blink quickly and when I take my foot off the brake it returns to normal. I will take it to the auto electrician, but before I take it, maybe there are friends who experience and solve this situation, I will be glad if they can help.

When the brake is pressed, the chassis is making and one of the signal does not light. When one does not burn, the other accelerates.

It is exactly like that, what should I do? Is there anything I can do or should I take it to an electrician?
