Signal arm and key coding problem?

Hello friends, the signal arm of my 307 xt vehicle is malfunctioning. When my original key broke down, I came to the service, the new key came. Another key unlocking the signal lever is coding for another vehicle.

My question is, if I have the water airbag winding repaired, the signal lever will be straightened or other places are defective. I have not encountered any other problems. Are there any friends who encounter this problem?
