The way to solve your problem in reverse gear is not oil change. The problem is caused by 3 parts.

1- Top, mator wedge
2- Transmission wedge (the place attached to the trauma) It cannot be understood without dismantling, but 99% shears the shaft inside it.
3- Reversing band

Have it checked in order, your problem will be corrected in 1 and 2 at the latest.
