Either the manifold is getting air or the idling motor is responsible.

Tried and changed throttle but no result and car trouble light is not on but could be intake manifold

The idle motor is a part of the throttle, has it changed too? If there is LPG, you should also check the map sensor hoses, are there any cracks or tears!
