You pull the belt all the way out of the reel and spray the back-sided silicone spray. It will be useful to tighten it a little towards the reel. Pull it out a few times and let it get used to it. You will now see that it has collected quickly.

But when it comes to an end, it is slow again, so there was no complete solution. The part with the reel needs to be opened.
