Seat Belt Lock

Hello there. I live in Izmit. I'll have my car inspected on Saturday. But the driver's seat seat belt lock does not have an outer black plastic. The mechanism is working properly, but I am concerned about the problem in the examination. Where can I find the belt lock?

I do not think it will be a problem, even if they do not wear the belt, they just pull it out, what can they say to the black container after the lock works.
