Seat belt and oil lamp in 206+ - 206+

Hello friends. We bought a new 206+ 1.4 HDI & nbsp; urban move vehicle. There are a few details I wonder. There is a seat belt lamp on the instrument panel, but it does not work. & nbsp; In 206+, the user manual says that if the seat belt is not attached when the ignition is turned on, the lamp will light up with an audible warning. & Nbsp; I asked the authorized service but his man did not understand much. it was the envy version. My second question is about the oil lamp . Shouldn't the oil lamp come on when the ignition is switched on for 206+ diesel vehicles? It's not burning in ours. Abs, airbag, battery, handbrake, stop, particle filter lamp are normally on. We have the old renault 12 oil lamp on it even when we first turn on the ignition :)
