Rustling sound from the engine section

Hello friends,

Obviously, for the first time, I bought a Peugeot brand 206 1.4 HDI X-Design model and I could not fully experience it. So I wanted to consult your ideas.
I bought the vehicle and use it. But something caught my attention. There is no problem with the acceleration of my vehicle, etc. it is accelerating very fast. The engine sound and gearbox are trouble-free and I am very satisfied.
When I pushed the throttle just like 1500 Rpm in 3 gears, it seems like a rustling noise while the vehicle is accelerating. Think of it as if the turbocharger was torn as if air was leaking from there.

I thought,
1) The V-belt is buzzing from the balls there,
2) Impact sound of air in the air intake pipe

I thought it might be a problem or a principle.

But when I press the clutch and press the gas while the car is moving, this rustle doesn't come,
It comes when I pull it out of the clutch. so when you get on the load
As if the pressure was broken, its rustling. I did not know, I could not explain it more openly, I wrote so long.
