Rim for 206

I have 206 1.4 xr manual 2000 model vehicle. The vehicle's shock absorber, torsion, undercarriage was overhauled and the car became a stork There is a 13-inch rim on the top of the vehicle. I thought a 15-inch rim with a 3.5 cm sports spring, but everyone tells me that the 15-inch rim will completely cumbersome the car? On the rim I am looking for, generally 206 gti rims are 2nd hand. What is the truth, is this work and my opinion wrong?

15 is a bit harsh but it doesn't bother. I would recommend 14 if it doesn't use too aggressive. The tires of 15 wheels are very expensive.
