Right front hood ...

As I was washing my car today, I noticed that the right front hood was playing .. There wasn't one of the screws anyway ... I had a socket attached to my hand while I was playing it, It was a socket that went to the disk ,, I always clean the inside of the hood with the water and I saw that one of the cables in the socket was opened. .These cables are in contact with water. Is there any problem? (When I turn the ignition, the abs light blinks for 5 seconds then flashes)
