reversing camera mounting aid

Hello friends, I ordered both a rear view camera and a rear-view mirror monitor from the internet. If there is a mishap, it will be up to 2 weeks. Will I need to disassemble the bumper for this or can I directly pierce the cable and thank you in advance for your answers.

The cable can be pulled directly under the belt of the rear bumper. I have it in my car. The camera is just below the belt.
