Reversing buzzer failure - 307

2004 My 307 xt gasoline vehicle's reversing buzzer (including when you remove the starter key) started to sing continuously. which card is filled with water in a plastic box. the card is probably broken. & nbsp;

& nbsp; How this water enters here.If anybody is having such a problem, I am waiting for your help. In the meantime, I disassembled the card.
